1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Shipping within Australia!

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping within Australia: 2-14 Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

Australia and New Zealand

If your location is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final on Intimate Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Adult toys and intimate products

  • Personal-use items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed

This policy applies even if the item has only been briefly used or tested.

2. Eligible Returns (Non-Intimate Items Only)

We may accept returns for non-intimate items (such as apparel, accessories, or novelty items) if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 5 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund (at our discretion)

4. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Please return the item and we will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear

  • Items returned without prior approval

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method  after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
